There is this little whole in the wall place in Middletown that has started bringing in national acts. It's like in the middle of no where. But the show room is very spacious and the stage is rather large. They have musical notes all around on the walls. Nice place and responably priced drinks.

I picked up my friend from Michigan from the hotel and we headed over to the club. We ended up meeting up with old concert friends from way back. Which is always cool to see how everyone is doing. Billy's band took the stage and the crowd of mebbe 100 just sat there. I have never seen even and older crowd just sit there. It was alittle disturbing. At one point Billy said "okay just sit there" so we picked up a couple of chairs and put them right in front of the stage and sat there! HA HA

Ya know I realized how much I missed seeing Firehouse. Those guys were/are a big part of my life. I stood back as a crowd of about 20 took the front of the stage. I couldn't help but chuckle a little bit. Those guys are still the same loones I adore! At one point I went up front.. can't miss a chance to go up front and rock. I stood there in my own little world when Bill Leverty came over and started talking to me from the stage during a solo and playing right over top of me. Now back in the day.. DROOL.. now it's like awww!

After the set I took a chance to get my customary band shot. Even though, I really looked like crap. All the guys were giving me grief! It was soo good to catch up with them. I haven't been able to see them much due to work or prior committments. Bill and I talked for a long time. He's always been great to me and said some of the most wonderful things to me. What an ego boost! He's a smart cookie! Turns out the guys were flying home from Cincinnati. Bill's flight was later in the day. So I snagged him and Mikey and went to lunch. What a great time.. just a couple of nuts! Made me realize how much I had really missed that part of my life. However, hearing my fav music is now classic rock makes me feel OLD!

Congrates to my buds in NY on thier wedding. They are just so dang cute! I can't wait to see pictures!

It's always something in my house hold. Mom almost kils herself trying to put lights on the Christmas tree. Somethings are just not worth death! But she HAS to have all those lights!

The last 2 days I've spent with my lil Alexis.. she's so cute! I'll try to post a pic of her soonish!

Friend of mine has talked me into going to see Firehouse on Saturday. I cannot wait. I'm actually really excited since I used to hang with those guys and it's been ages since I seen them.

Anyone else kept up on the club fire from R.I. Seems they are finally pressing charges. It saddens me that so many people lost thier lives and other lost family members, friends etc. I am just thankful because as many club shows as I attend nothing like this has ever happened. I must admitt it makes me check out my surroundings a bit more now days.

Got some great shots of 7Dust and Fuel from a friend last night in the mail. Oh that always brightens my day!

Now it's of to kill the jerks tearing up my street. How is anyone supposed to sleep while jackhammers are rumbling?! Grrr I'm gonna be one beat puppy tonight at work. I finally get to see Connie after running into her brother. I'm curious if he has told her.

I'm off to disable a jackhammer! Grrrr

Well after a long day of running around. I got up kind of early for me and spent the afternoon with the kids. My mini me and myself went shopping. My turn to cook dinner! Yes, I can cook a few things! So we drop off a couple of rolls of film and run around the store. Some guy is behind me and she is just flirting! I turn around and well thankgod he was cute! LOL So we get back home and I cooked the kids dinner and we hung out for most of the evening. Sarah came to get the pictures... let me tell ya Craig from MMG is a hottie! Hopefully, Sarah will post a pic of him cuz I suck at doing this!

My friend Clint in Louisiana was going to see Staind/Sevendust/LoPro tonight and told me that he would call me from the show. He called me while the guys were on stage then called me back after the show. I thanked him for calling me a billion times! Ugh I miss them!
Now I'm all hyper and cannot sleep!!

Well, Okay I totally suck! I have been overwhelmed with work and road trips. Now ask me if it was worth it? You bet your ass it was!

Let's see 4 acoustic Sevendust shows! The best next to Chicago was Cincinnati! OMFG.. I loved every moment of it! Saw the girls from Utah... made a couple of new friends.. couldn't ask for more!

Friends bday party.. boy was I drunk! Then...Double Drive... All I can say about that is... I MISS THEM! I wish I could see them more often.

Now running into Corey Lowery in Cincy was well worth it.

Went to Pittsburgh to see Sevendust with my new friends Presence... OH YEAH BABY! That so rocked! I was in the balcony and the people around me kept asking.. "do you know the guys?" I said "why do you ask?" The guy said "well those guys keep looking up to you and singing." I said "well sort of kind of" LOL Okay like they needed to know my business! After hanging with my Presence guys for a bit.. spending a bit of time with the 7D camp was hilariously funny! Never know what songs you will hear them singing! ha ha

The next day I went to Cleveland to see my friends Bridge and Shaun Kennedy from Outspoken. However, I failed to realize it was a SW1TCHED headlining show. So while in the bar I ran into Corey Lowery! I love that stinker! Although, we didn't get to talk much!

Now as for the ride home.. there was tornado watches all through the state of Ohio. I managed to make it home safely and kept an eye out for twisters!

Now it's off to work again! Man, I really wish I had taken my camera with me the other day! I can't wait to see the pictures Hermes took from Sevendust! OMFG Classic!

    <lj:music>Bridge</lj:music>

So here I am on a boring Sunday afternoon. Not that I will complain. I'm just chilling til I have to do the work thing. I switched days to have next saturday off and a 4 days off in a row. Not a bad idea. However, come Wed. morning ask me how I'm feeling. And I need new work uniforms... I keep forgetting to get them when I am out shopping.

Friday- Well the boys from Bridge didn't play town. In fact Joe called me back at 4:30 ish. I would have blown a gasket had he not been here when I showed up. You would think people would call you with more than just a few hours notice. Oh I forgot we are talking about a blonde here. LOL I like the guy but geesh.

So my friend from Fort Wayne, Sara came down to see her friend in Social Burn. She called and said come down. Well I am not buying a ticket to see 3 bands I don't know much about musically. She said "come on inside" ha ha Sorry love ya but I'll wait til after S.B. plays and talk to you then. So here I am sitting in the back parking lot. Ended up talking with a few really sweet girls. We were all talking when Neil the singer from SB comes up and asks for a smoke. Then Brandon asked for one. What do I have "here take my smokes" written on me?? LOL Well, the guys bus showed back up and I swear it had to have been the last bus Mud was on. LOL Something was wrong with it so they had to go get it fixed in a hurry. Well my friend Sara went back inside and out come her friend Chris. So I said hello to him and talked to him for a moment. Really sweet guy! So the 3 of us hung out for a bit chit chatting. I can see why she digs him. Totally a sweetie.. I ended up giving him some smokes. He kept asking then felt bad for it. I felt like the mom at one point. So I guess next time they come around I'll have to go see them again. Only this time Chris is gonna chill with me. They all seemed pretty tired and really just ready to go home. I think they have been out a bit longer than they were ready for. Oh shut up and deal with it.. you are in a band! LOL But it was a great night. I took off early since I kind of felt like a 3rd wheel at points. Even though Chris kept trying to get me to stay.

Last night. Ahhh boring! I couldn't take looking at the walls anymore so I took off for somewhere. I ended up driving around for a few hours. Went to the park and ate my dinner while talking with friends on da phone. it was great catching up with a couple of people. Sometimes, I forget to call people back when I should. I'm horrible about it.

So here I am killing precious time til I have to go back to work.

And worse yet we have a mouse in my house! A little brown field mouse has made it's way into my house. I am not thrilled to say the least. Time to find the mouse trap and get rid of it. UGH! I got up to use the bath room last night and there it was looking at me. I couldn't scream... even though I wanted to. LOL I know I'm bigger than the mouse but still! LOL

Okay I return home from an exhausting night out on the town in KY. Yes, I was drunk... however someone could have drank a few drinks as we ended up crashing at a friends house. Had a really interesting talk with Kevin. However, Sarah failed to mention that I introduced her to CHUCK the singer. Ha ha Gotta get outta my corner more often!

Of course yes 3 hours of sleep to be woken up by snores and the phone. Oh baby! That sucked. I took a napl only I think I'm ready for bed again.

By the way.. When you are talking with friend and someone stick thier noses in a conversation.. tell them to leave!! In turn a whole bunch of un needed or wanted anger was caused. And someone I care about is probably gonna be upset due to all this. I swear this is why I stopped being around people and kept to myself. Perhaps I should go back to my corner and stay there.

I'm in dire need of sleep!! Nite Nite

Wed...

So this was a day I have been dreading most of my life. But I sucked up my sadness and went to Granny's lay out. It was great seeing family that I have not seen in ages. Of course I only wish it was for a different reason. I loved her very much and I think it's because of the love I have for her that I am able to go on like I do. One day my sadness will catch up to me and then I will let go.

Later that night... I went up to Columbus to meet up with Sarah and see Outspoken. Due to a number of people that CANNOT drive I was running behind. However, I made it there in just enough time to catch the 2nd song. When I walked up front to join Sarah everyone looked at me. So, I was late and was dressed up a bit for me. A skirt no less.. and I know I looked hot.

After the boys set we made our way out back to the skating rink aka parking lot. I swear I thought several times I was gonna end up on my butt. We took the guys to get drink and then off to do some late night shopping. That was nothing short of hilarious. After that we hung out for afew. I took out my aggression that I had aimed at Shaun on him. The guys were really shocked. I just could not look at him and some stripper bimbo he picked up. She got on my last nerve. Do not try to suck up to me.. I don't play that game. So shortly.. I made my goodbyes and told the boys I would see them later. We got our normal hugs .. but I would NOT hug Shaun. I stood there. I was very angry with him.

I had to get home. I was starting to get tired and the next day I had to get up early. Granny's funeral was on Thursday and probably the toughest thing I had to go through. Thankgod my niece was in my lap. I was a wreck.

Well, Okay I here I am. I know I suck at this right? Sorry! Anyways...This week has been one of highs and lows. Started off as low and I have been in a long time. My head and heart are so confused. But I'm surviving as well as I can.

Tuesday... Sarah and I went down to see Outspoke's CD release party. I absolutely love them guys and cannot say enough about them. We got there and ran into a couple of friends before the set. We stood off to the side and could barely see the place was so packed.

After the boys were done we waited around and decided that we would go have the boys sign our CD's. Why? I don't know. But the look on thier faces was cute as any I had seen in ages. Shaun looked up and with this huge grin said "hey baby!" Just what I needed. He's done more than he knows for me. He asked if he could sign my CD "hey baby" I said "it's your CD do what you want". We waited around for them to get done and hung out for a bit. I ended up finally getting the courage to talk to Shaun. The man almost brought me to tears. Shhh don't tell him. I had told Frank that I would get him a copy of a CD I had. So knowing that Shaun is also a fan of the band I made him a copy. His face lit up like a kid in a candy store. It was soo cute!!

At the end of the night we ended up going to dinner with our friends. It was sad to say good bye but it was time to head back home.

Such a great night. I would have not missed that for the world.
